Terms of Service
These terms apply to advertising and directory services provided by @yourfingertipsmags, part of Free2u Publications Ltd. By booking an advert or submitting a business listing, you agree to the terms below.
1. Our services
We provide print advertising in @yourfingertipsmags magazine — delivered by Royal Mail to over 144,000 homes across East Leeds (Zone 1), North Leeds (Zone 2), North Leeds (Zone 3), Wetherby & Villages (Zone 4) and South East Leeds (Zone 5) — display and classified advertising in the Yorkshire Reporter newspaper, and free and premium listings in our online Leeds business directory.
2. Bookings & quotes
All bookings and quote requests submitted through our website are subject to space availability. We confirm availability and issue an invoice within 24 hours. A quote is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it in writing and payment is received. Magazine advertising carries a minimum booking of 4 months; Yorkshire Reporter classifieds a minimum of 3 months.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are per month and exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at the time of booking and may change between issues. Payment is required before publication — no payment means no advertising, unless prior authorisation is given by a Director. Payments are taken after invoicing by telephone card payment or BACS transfer; no payments are taken through this website.
4. Artwork & copy deadlines
Advert artwork must be received by the copy deadline for your chosen issue, as shown on our Print Schedule. Late artwork may be moved to the next issue. We offer free design support and will share a proof for your approval before printing.
5. Delivery
Magazines are delivered mid-month by Royal Mail. Distribution volumes shown on this site are correct as of booking deadline day. While Royal Mail delivers to the overwhelming majority of addresses, we cannot accept liability for individual missed letterboxes within a scheduled delivery.
6. Directory listings
Free basic directory listings are accepted at our discretion and may be edited or removed if content is inaccurate or inappropriate. Premium listing features (headline, bullet points, logo, website link and badges) are reserved for active magazine advertisers and are hidden if an advertiser becomes inactive.
7. Cancelling or changing a booking
To cancel or change a confirmed booking, contact us as soon as possible on 0113 5133356 or at mail@yourfingertipsmags.co.uk. Once an issue has gone to print, that issue cannot be cancelled or refunded.
8. Liability
We take care to print and deliver accurately, but our liability for any claim relating to your advertising is limited to the amount paid for the advert(s) concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of business or profits.
